O imóvel que reservei não tinha nada de utensílios de cozinha e os aparelhos de ar condicionado não estavam funcionando, avisei e Tmsul e me cederam outro imóvel com qualidade superior. Tive o transtorno de descarregar carro, subir escadas na chuva, depois descer de novo e carregar o carro e ir para o outro lugar... perdemos algumas horas e tivemos um pouco de estresse, mas a empresa deu atenção ao problema que apresentei e resolveu de forma prática e rápida.

Ótimo espaço. Exatamente igual às fotos.
O apt possui todos os utensílios necessários, roupas de cama/banho, ar condicionado quente e frio.
O anfitrião foi flexível com os horários.
Destaque para o berço portátil, deixou a nossa viagem mais confortável.
Recomendo muito e voltaria outras vezes.

O imóvel que reservei não tinha nada de utensílios de cozinha e os aparelhos de ar condicionado não estavam funcionando, avisei e Tmsul e me cederam outro imóvel com qualidade superior.
